This dog has Too Much Haunch. And so does this car. Is it weird that I looked at this car and it made me think of my dog's buttocks?
This has been a rough week, and so there's no super awesome Yuki Report tonight. There is however a story of frustration and woe. It starts with when we first got our little pup in February and chose Innova as the dog food to start her out on.
BIG MISTAKE. Innova had been recalled. Which we found out only when we went to buy the second bag and discovered that it wasn't available anymore. At the recommendation of a Blue Buffalo Representative...and pause. Is it strange that a brand-specific rep was there to swoop in and rescue me and my distressed husband when we realized that our dog food brand of choice was recalled? Maybe. Maybe it was strange. So at the recommendation of this Rep we switched to a grain-free Blue Buffalo food. And we were so happy! Yuki loved it, and she wasn't eating recalled food anymore (which we are pretty sure was responsible for the explosive diarrhea she suffered for two weeks when we first got her). Win win. Until she started to throw up a lot. At first we thought it was the Cheezburger, as suggested by my previous posts. False. I did a little google search when the vomiting had continued long after the Cheezburger had gone through her system. "Blue Buffalo dog is throwing up" I clicked around and found this lovely collection of complaints. We were clearly not the only ones!!! Fast forward through some frantic research on dog foods that people were happy with and a quick trip out to the pet store! We come back with Merrick, some chicken breast, and some white rice. Yuki is well on her way to recovery and doing much better. That night that we stopped feeding her the Blue Buffalo was a little scary. She was acting very strange, very weak, and we were preparing ourselves to bring her to the emergency vet if need be. So, to celebrate our little one's recovery I give you a taste of the pitiful, pathetic visage that we were faced with during that week of tragic sickness. Yuki is still not feeling super good. I tried to get her to help me work on The Yuki Report, but she fell asleep at the keyboard.
